Attorney Kaveh Mostafavi worked in and experienced the processes of large firm bankruptcy practices. The lack of personal service and caring between attorneys and clients was a driving factor in starting Mostafavi, Marco & Wimmer. Clients should trust that their bankruptcy attorney and his team is available when they need them. Our concern for each client drives our pursuit for personal service.
Beyond the improved attorney-client relationship, less overhead costs yield more competitive fees. Our primary objective is to provide clients with the most competent services at an affordable price. Our firm’s mission is to provide the level of comfort and communication each client deserves while achieving the maximum advantage during the bankruptcy.
Kaveh Mostafavi graduated from the University of Iowa College of Liberal Arts and Drake University School of Law. Kaveh is currently admitted in the Arizona State Bar and the Federal District Court in the District of Arizona. He is a member of the American Bar Association, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, the Maricopa County Bar Association, the State Bar of Arizona’s Solo Practitioner and Small Firms Section, the Bankruptcy Section, and the Young Lawyer’s Division.
